The 'Sole City Juke Band' was founded in 2011 with the intent of exposing audiences to Zydeco, music native to New Orleans and Louisiana while mixing in some choice Classic Rock, Chicago Blues, Cajun Blues, and Motown Soul. (Santana, Tab Benoit, The Mavericks, Buckwheat Zydeco, and Temptations to name a few)

All of our members are accomplished musicians from the Chicagoland area. The band is comprised of two guitars, bass, drums, harmonica, and washboard. Every member brings something to the table and leaves their own personal mark on the music. 

Depending on the venue we also add Keys, According, Sax, Trumpet, Trombone for more flavor. We are a party band first and foremost and it’s all about having fun! We play festivals, casinos, corporate events, colleges, weddings, private parties and of course the bar scene.
